The main aim of the further developing Pharmaceutical industry is increase of nationally produced preparation, produced from local raw material in the list of the needed drugs.

Uzbekistan has the reach local resources, scientific and technological potential and qualified employees and huge scientific base. Growth of science intensive and high technological pharmaceutical production become available, because of efficient utilization of scientific and technical potentials of specialized scientific organizations on a bases of co-operation and integration of different branches of the industry.

Integrated utilization of current social and manufacturing infrastructures of SJSC “UzFarmSanoat” and potential research institutions enables efficient usage of manufacturing power, eliminates the costs of creation of new manufacturing objects, increase portfolio of produced products on the bases of local resources and enables to increase export potential of Uzbekistan.

Consequently, concern is leading active cooperation on the bases of economic and scientific negotiations, providing realization of the developments and establishing production of the new competetable preparations. Negotiations associated with organization of production medical substances and establishing production new original medical preparations are realizing with Scientific Academy, SJSC UZKimeSanoat, the Ministry of Health, specialized branches of MinVuz.the concern is planning to organize the experimental bases NII44 named medical substance, on the foundation of which final medical forms, including 26 original preparations will be created.

Integration of the scientific, production and financial spheres increases competetabelity of production. Consequently, it leads to further development of integral links of sharing results of production, conception and including not-budged finances in the process of creation. The integration provides:

Uzbek chemical-pharmaceutical institute with the cooperation of establishment “Navoi-azot” invented national technology of reception of pharmacopeial substances of sodium of chloride, necessary for preparations injection and infusion solutions.

The president of the republic of Uzbekistan signed resolution №PP-731 on 19 November, 2007 «the program of modernization, technical and technological reequipment of the enterprises of pharmaceutical branch for the period till 2011». In accordance passed the resolution, scientific manufacturing program of cooperation and integration of scientific technical institution and SJSC Uzfarmsanoat. The main aims of the cooperation are the organizing local production of medical substances, their distribution and transformation to the final medical product.

In order to accomplish current resolution on experimental bases, economical and scientific institutions in 2008 and first quarter of 2009, 35 medicinal substances from local raw material from which are made ready medical products for therapy cardiovascular, virus and противопаразитарных diseases, a tuberculosis, diseases of a liver, kidneys, were organized, evaluated quality level, developed and included manufacture technologies relevant to modern requirements.
